A: This course is designed for individuals that have been exposed to installation, service or maintenance tasks for 3 to 6 months. Whether they are apprentice/helpers in the installation or service department. They should have a general knowledge of what each piece of equipment is for residential installs or service along with the tools used to perform these tasks.
Q: What will the technician be able to do after attending this course?
A: No technician knows it all, however, the key to this course is it is taught from one source book. This has proven to make the technician’s knowledge recall process easier. They can easily refer to a single source for refresher knowledge once they have been shown how to use the information in the field.
Q: What kind of revenue can I expect from this employee?
A: While revenue from a truck in your fleet will vary, a service truck with a graduate from our Insta-Tech program should produce more revenue than a typical maintenance truck.
