The Board of Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Contractors has approvHeadlineed Champion Technician Institute’s “Diploma Program.”

We designed our Fast-Track Program in “2019.” We based it on several factors troubling the HVAC Industry. These factors all contributed to the largest problem we face which is the lack of qualified technicians in the Industry today.

This Industry allows the American Dream of “ownership” vs. being just another employee. Unfortunately this took a lot of quality technicians out of the workforce and created a very big void for existing HVAC owners.

Many HVAC Companies could only grow depending on the quality of their workforce instead of the quantity of the work available. Traditional training programs took 6 months to 2 years to produce a technician that could enter the workforce as an entry level technician.

Government assisted tuitions help make it impossible to speed up this timeframe. We created our Fast-Track Program to solve many of these obstacles.

Advanced technology applied in a structured curriculum makes it now possible for an individual to enter the HVAC Industry as an entry level technician after they have completed our “Fast-Track” Program or you don’t pay a dime!

Our Program has now made it worth the employer to pay the employee’s tuition because of the individuals quick ability to contribute back what they have learned in their day to day performance.
